All drivers must be at least 21 years of age.
WHAT KIND OF DOCUMENTS DO I NEED?
To reserve a vehicle you will need a valid driver's license, a credit card that matches the name on the driver's license, and renter's insurance, if you don't have renter's insurance you will need to purchase the insurance add-on.
CAN I TAKE THE CAR OUT OF THE STATE?
No, for insurance purposes all vehicles must stay in the state they are rented in.
Can You Do Something Special For Special Occasions?
We are more than happy to create a surprise for any special occasion please send us a message along with the booking for any special requests.
What Happens If You Lose a Key?
If a guest loses a key during their trip they will receive an invoice for a replacement key.
Can I Take Tolls With the Car?
Yes, all vehicles are equipped with a surpass to take tolls, you can pre-select the unlimited surpass add-on and drive through as many tolls as you please. For any tolls taken without preselecting the toll pass, the guest will receive an invoice.
Do You Offer Short-Term Rentals? (Music Videos, Photoshoots, etc.)

Do the driver's license and credit card need to be under the same name?
Yes, any credit cards used for payment or for the deposit must match the primary driver's information.
What happens if the vehicle is towed?
Guests must notify the TRYAH team immediately. Guests are responsible for all costs associated with retrieving any vehicle from the tow yard.
WHY MUST I MAKE PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY AT CHECKOUT?
Sample ordering is on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired samples, it is recommended that you make your payment within 60 minutes of checking out.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
We offer a 20-minute grace period for late returns. After the grace period, you will be charged a 1/2 day rate up to one hour after the scheduled trip end time. Any returns more than an hour late will be charged an additional rental day.
Can I Have a different Pickup and Return Location?
Yes, you can select the "One-way" option during the booking process and then enter your delivery and return addresses. This allows you to return the vehicle to a different location than where it was delivered.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery to anywhere within 25 miles of Downtown Miami as well as hotels and all local airports. (MIA, FLL, North Perry, Miami Executive Airport Both)
What happens if I get a ticket?
We are not responsible for any tickets you incur while driving our vehicles, you are also responsible for any other fees, penalties, towing charges, or impound costs.
Am I the only one who can drive the car?
Only individuals listed on the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle. Additional drivers must meet all qualifications as the primary driver in regards to age and license.
How much do I get charged for extra miles?
Extra mile charges vary based on the vehicle's make and model. You can find the specific extra mileage charge directly on each car's listing.
Do you take a security deposit?
Yes, all our vehicles require a security deposit. The security deposit will vary based on the vehicles make and model, deposit amounts can be found on each individual listing. A hold will be placed on your credit card for the duration of the rental. The hold will be released once the vehicle is returned and has been checked out by a member of the TRYAH team.
Is there a limited number of miles I can drive?
Yes, each car has a specific mileage allotment per day. You can see how many miles each car comes with per day at the top of every listing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations without any penalty are avaliable up to 24hrs after your booking. Any cancellations after 24hrs are subject to a 50% charge of the total rental amount. Trips booked starting within 24hrs void any option of cancellation and are subject to a charge of the full rental amount.
What happens if I'm late to pickup my rental?
If you are running late please give us a heads up, especially if we are dropping the vehicle off to you. If you don't communicate with us, anyone late more than 30 minutes to the pickup will be considered a no-show and will be subject to a full rental charge without the possibility of a refund.
Do you offer hourly rentals?
No, most of our vehicles have a one-day minimum and some may have a 2-day minimum. You may return the car early but will still be subject to pay for the minimum rental period required.
